Charitable Efforts

The Clovernook Open is proud of the impact we make in our community.  The 2024 charitable efforts exceeded $20,000.  We are thankful to our wonderful Tournament Sponsors and generous Clovernook Members who helped make this possible.

Since its third playing in 2021, the Clovernook Open has partnered with the First Tee of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky. First Tee and its programs introduce kids to golf while teaching them valuable life skills. Each year tournament professionals host a golf clinic for First Tee students, and surrounding schools and community organizations.

Beginning in 2024, the Clovernook Open partnered with PlayYellow and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, raising money for every birdie or better made at the Open. Last year 994 birdies were made in the tournament, helping raise almost $10,000!

Following the 2024 Final Round, the Clovernook Open presented First Tee of GC & NKY and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with checks for $10,000.

In addition to supporting First Tee, The Clovernook Open raises funds for the Bob Harrison Memorial Fund, and Payton's Lemonade Stand. The late Bob Harrison was a long tenured golf professional at Clovernook Country Club. His memorial fund will continue to make improvements at the club and on the course in his honor.
